- Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.13 - Priority: Backflow Prevention, Air Gap||Addl Notes: The outdoor ice machine is directly drained to sewer system, and a body of water is accumulated around the ice machine. Repair the drain to indirect drain via an air gap to floor sink. PIC stated the ice will be discarded and called for repair. Corrective Action: Correct p
- Physical Facilities Installed, Maintained, and Clean: 6-501.12 - Core: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Addl Notes: Area around outdoor ice machine is accumulated with standing water and dead leaves behind it. Clean as often as necessary. PIC instructed employee to discard the ice machine and clean both ice machine and the area. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
