What the inspector found

• Adequate Handwashing Sinks, Properly Supplied and Accessible: 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Addl Notes: Observed supplies stored in the handwash sink. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Advised PIC that the hand sink shall be used for handwashing only. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
• Wiping Cloths; Properly Used and Stored: 3-304.14 - Core: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation Addl Notes: Observed several wet wiping cloths stored on the countertops and cutting boards. PIC stored wet wiping cloths in the sanitizer bucket. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
