• Proper Cold Holding Temperatures: Predefined Comment: All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Predefined Comment: Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. • Toilet Facilities: Properly Constructed, Supplied, Clean: 6-501.18 - Core: Cleaning of Plumbing Fixtures Addl Notes: Observed main restroom with orange organic matter build up inside toilet rim. ===== Plumbing fixtures such as handwashing sinks, toilets, and urinals shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
