Discussed with the employee and person in charge to wash hands anytime gloves are changed, contamination to the hands occurs
• Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed a leak at the 3-compartment sink main faucet. Discussed with person in charge to have the leak at the faucet repaired. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times.
