What the inspector found
- Adequate Handwashing Sinks, Properly Supplied and Accessible: 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Addl Notes: Observed no soap at the back hand sink in the kitchen area. Talked to staff, and restocked the back hand sink. Ensure that all hand sinks have soap at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
