- Thermometers Provided and Accurate: 4-204.112 (A-D) - Core: Temperature Measuring Devices-Functionality Addl Notes: Observed lowboy cooler that is working properly, but no thermometer is provided to ensure its proper functioning. Person in charge (PIC) stated that the thermometer broke recently and they have ordered a new one. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
