• Thermometers Provided and Accurate: 4-302.12 - Priority Foundation: Food Temperature Measuring Devices Addl Notes: Observed no probe thermometer at time of inspection. Properly calibrated probe thermometers are required at all times for monitoring food temperatures. Must provide a probe thermometer for establishment prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
• Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed sprayer hose spring in state of disrepair. Sprayer hose should remain above flood rim of sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
