- Proper Cooling Time and Temperatures: PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.14 - Priority: Cooling. Addl Notes: Burritos-46-47F cooling in the walk in cooler. Per the PIC (and time tag), the burritos were made more than 4 hours prior. The PIC discarded the burritos-see embar
- Insects, Rodents and Animals not Present: 6-202.15 - Core: Outer Openings, Protected Addl Notes: Both drive thru windows left open while not in use. Manager instructed employees to close the windows. Ensure that the openings to the outside are protected against the entrance of insects. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
