- Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: 5-205.12 (B) - Priority Foundation: Prohibiting a Cross Connection; Non-Drinking Lines Addl Notes: Observed inside mop sink in between restrooms with shut off below avb. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC will have maintenance remove shut off. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
