- Adequate Ventilation and Lighting; Designated Areas Used: 4-202.18 - Core: Ventilation Hood Systems, Filters Addl Notes: Observed heavy accumulation of grease on the vent hood filters. All vent hoods must be regularly cleaned to prevent accumulation of grease. Maintain clean prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
