• Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed inside main mop sink room with leaking water from chemical hook up to main water system. Repair leakage from water to hose connection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
• Garbage/Refuse Properly Disposed; Facilities Maintained: 5-501.13 - Core: Receptacles Addl Notes: Observed outside dumpster with lid left open and debris all around front and back of permitted establishment. ====Outside receptacles must be closed with tight fitting lids or doors. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
