- In-Use Utensils; Properly Stored: 3-304.12 - Core: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Addl Notes: Observed cups without handles being stored in food on the line. Discussed using utensils with handles to prevent contamination. Please discontinue use of portion cups as scoops prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
