Addl Notes: Observed no paper towels provided at the hand sink located at the chicken wash station, across from the fryer station. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained
- Non-Food-Contact Surfaces Clean: 4-602.13 - Core: Nonfood Contact Surfaces Addl Notes: At the fume hood, observed an accumulation of grease, dust, and hanging white organic matter on the vents.
