What the inspector found
- Adequate Handwashing Sinks, Properly Supplied and Accessible: 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Addl Notes: Observed a large mobile shelf placed in front of the handwashing sink located beside the kitchen door. All handwashing sink must remain accessible at all times. The manager relocated the shelf during the inspection. Corrective Action: Correct
