- Certified Food Protection Manager: 2-102.12(A) - Core: Certified Food Protection Manager. Addl Notes: Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
- Adequate Handwashing Sinks, Properly Supplied and Accessible: 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Addl Notes: Handwashing sink unable to be access at beginning of inspection as it had a grill stored in front of it. Person in charge had employee move grill away from sink. Handwashing sinks shall be free of obstruction and available for use at all time
- Non-Food-Contact Surfaces Clean: 4-601.11(B) and (C) - Core: Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils Addl Notes: Fan covers in walk-in cooler have excess accumulation of debris. Thoroughly clean and do so at necessary frequency to keep debris from accumulation. *Second consecutive Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
