• Insects, Rodents and Animals not Present: 6-202.15 - Core: Outer Openings, Protected Addl Notes: There is a gap at the bottom of the kitchen door, which opens to the outside. Install door sweep on the bottom of the door to eliminate the gap or eliminate by other means. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
• Food and Non-Food-Contact Surfaces Cleanable, Properly Designed, Constructed and Used: 4-501.11 - Core: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment Addl Notes: The left fan in the freezer is not working and there is excess ice buildup throughout the freezer. Ensure that the equipment is maintained in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
