- Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-203.14 - Priority: Backflow Prevention Device, When Required||Addl Notes: Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. No apparent back flow preventor on the cold bar submerged inlet pitcher rinser. Predefined Comment: Provide an approved backflow device prior to re-inspection.
