What the inspector found
- Food-Contact Surfaces: Cleaned and Sanitized: Observed can opener in holder at prep table near walk-in freezer with an accumulation of dried food debris. All food contact surfaces should be clean to sight and touch when stored as clean. Person in charge had staff take can opener and place in mechanical warewashing unit for proper washing and sanitizing before placing back in holder.||4-601.11(A)
