What the inspector found
- Adequate Handwashing Sinks, Properly Supplied and Accessible: 5-202.12 (A) - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Sinks, Installation. Proper temperature, Mixing Faucet. Addl Notes: Observed hot water got up to 80F at the hand sink at the bakery area. Talked to manager about hand sink requirements. Ensure that all sinks have hot water of at least 100F within 45 seconds. Will re-inspect within 10 days.
