• Toxic Substances Properly Identified, Stored, and Used; Held for Retail Sale, Properly Stored: 7-208.11 (A) - Priority Foundation: Storage-First Aid Supplies; Labeled Addl Notes: Observed unlabeled spray bottle filled with a clear liquid. PIC was unsure what the contents was, so it was disposed of down the sink. Informed PIC that all chemicals taken from bulk containers and put into new containers
• Approved Thawing Methods Used: 3-501.13 - Core: Thawing Addl Notes: Observed packages mac and cheese and raw chicken thawing in the three-compartments of the three-comp sink in still water. The internal temperature of the food products was 48*F-54*F. PIC stated that the products had been thawing for about an hour. Informed PIC that all foods being thawed need to be thawed under cold running water.
