Staff was instructed to wash hands before preparing orders. Also observed another staff member drop a container on the floor, pick it up, and begin to continue completing order. - Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed missing cold water handle at hand wash sink next to 3-compartment sink. Discussed repairing handle to ensure sink is maintained in good repair. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
