• Single-Use/Single-Service Articles; Properly Stored, Used: 4-903.12 - Core: Prohibitions; Single-Use/Single-Service Items Addl Notes: Observed back stock of glass ware and single used items being stored in the employee restroom. The improper storage of clean and sanitized equipment, utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles may allow contamination before their intended
• Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed hand wash sink near the dish area with the hot and cold water switched. The hot water needs to be on the left and cold on the right. Also observed mop faucet leaking at time of inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action:
