Addl Notes: Observed an empty pitcher sitting in the basin of the hand wash sink located near the 3 compartment sink. Also observed PIC dump coffee down the hand wash sink located near the main line. • Insects, Rodents and Animals not Present: 6-202.15 - Core: Outer Openings, Protected Addl Notes: Observed window for the drive thru with a piece of cardboard wedged to prevent the window from being self closing and was being left open allowing some flies into the establishment.
