- Proper Date Marking and Disposition: 3-501.17 - Priority Foundation: Ready-To-Eat Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Date Marking. Addl Notes: Observed several RTE/TCS foods without date marking at time of inspection including cooked pasta, pesto, half & ha
- Warewashing Facilities, Installed, Maintained, Used, Test Strips: 4-302.14 - Priority Foundation: Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. Addl Notes: Observed damaged and expired quat test strips. PIC stated they had no other quat test strips at time of inspection.
- Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed handwashing sink in food prep area with extremely low hot water pressure. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
