What the inspector found

• 5-205.15(A) Repair the plumbing system according to law. (sewage)/ The dish machine sprayer sink did not have a drainpipe connected from the sink basin to the waste collection screen container below, which was several inches away. However, a drainpipe was connected to the screen container and directed to the floor sink.
• 4-501.114, 4-703.11 Provide a chemical sanitizer used in mechanical ware washing equipment as specified in 7-204.11. / Repair the dish machine and wash, rinse, and sanitize in 3-compartment sink until repair is verified by JCDH. (Corrective Action)/ The dish machine was operated several times, and no chemical sanitizer was detected. Cease use of the kitchen dish machine until repaired and verified by JCDH.
• 4-501.11(A) Maintain equipment in good repair (general)./ The counter beside the margarita machine was not in good repair.
• 6-501.11 Maintain physical facilities in good repair (floors, walls, ceilings, ceiling tiles, attached fixtures, etc.)./ The wall area above the 3-compartment sink was missing wall tiles. A wall baseboard tile was missing in the front food service area. There were missing floor tiles in the 3-compartment sink floor area. Wastewater was pooled where the floor tiles were missing. There is wall damage in the front bar refrigerator stock room.
• 5-205.15(B) Repair condensate leak in refrigeration units. / The 3-door RI bar refrigerator had a condensation leak.
