• 4-601.11 Clean equipment food contact surfaces and utensils to sight and touch. (choppers, slicers, mixers, utensils in storage) /// Grime and debris observed in the ice machine.
• 3-601.11 Cease the sale of food not labeled for individual retail sale as specified in law. /// Crackers and cookies were being sold in individual sleeves.
• 6-303.11(A) Provide at least 10 foot candles of light at 30 inches from floor in WI refrigeration units, dry food storage areas, and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning. /// Multiple lights/light bulbs not functioning in the establishment.
