Why this Health score only appears when the public source printed violation detail. If bullets are missing, the source usually published a number only.
Letter grades may be derived from the numeric score when the source did not print a letter (A ≥ 90, B ≥ 80, C ≥ 70).

Stars are GradeLocal customer ratings only — not Google, not Yelp, and not derived from the health score.
